The villa from 1909

monuments

In 1909, a two-story villa was built, designed by H. Dunkel, characterized by bas-reliefs and pilasters framing the windows. It has a decorative, brick veranda on the ground floor and a terrace on the first floor, surrounded by a stone balustrade. The roof of the building, made of ceramic tiles, has two residential dormers on the east and north elevations, crowned with pediments at the peaks. On the property, separated from the street by a wrought iron fence, there are specimens of hundred-year-old lime trees.
