Storey mansion from 1920
monuments
After the establishment of the city, the construction of representative villas began in the western part of upper Sopot. One of the exceptional estates is a two-story mansion built in 1920, with architecture reminiscent of classicism. Located deep in a small garden, the building has a mansard roof and three facades with broad projections topped with oval pediments. The main entrance is adorned with a portico supported by two columns. In the garden in front of the building, surrounded by old beech, oak, and spruce trees, there is a pool with a fountain, surrounded by a stone wall. In the southeast corner of the estate, common buckthorn grows, a tree with large leaves originating from North America.
