Eclectic mansion from the early 20th century

The building is located in the lower part of Sopot, in a wooded garden separated from the street by an iron fence. The two-story mansion, with an eclectic design mainly referencing the Baroque style, was erected between 1899 and 1900. On the mansard roof, with its upper flat part equipped with dormer windows and a projection with a pediment, there is a spacious terrace. Above the terrace rises a four-story, square tower integrated into the building's mass, covered with a ceramic roof.
