Classical tenement house from 1905

The house was built in 1905 according to the design by architect Wilhelm Werner. The two-story building with an attic, covered with a multi-gabled ceramic roof, stands out with monumental pilasters and wooden balustrades of balconies, whose decoration is based on folk motifs. Additionally, above the gables, there are triangular pediments that give the building its characteristic appearance.
