Our villa is situated in a two-story spacious detached house, located near the center next to the main communication artery of the Tri-City, and at the same time among green areas. Individual rooms are individually decorated. Each room has its own bathroom, TV set, and internet access. A cozy kitchen with a large refrigerator and a washing machine is available to our guests. The building also has a large garden, which is an ideal place for relaxation for all guests. A closed car park is available for car owners. In close proximity to the villa there is also the Medical University, cinema, opera, church, restaurant, and pizzeria.
