House of a former 19th-century Sopot residence

A two-story building in the lower part made of unrendered brick, while the upper part is constructed from intricately carved wood. The house was built in 1894 according to the design of architect Hoffacher. The upper floor is surrounded on three sides by a long balcony, protected from the rain by wide roof overhangs supported by decorative brackets. This building formerly housed stables on the ground floor and the caretaker's residence on the upper floor.
