Gateway was founded in 1626, was designed and built by architect educated in the Netherlands specializing in the defense of John Strakowski buildings. The gate was untouched by the last war, we can admire it in all its glory. Preserved seventeenth-century doorposts and powerful castles. Particularly impressive facade of the south side, from the side of the bridge, where we see a cartouche with the coat of arms of Danzig and the Polish surmounted by an eagle.
