A magnificent, spacious and belongs to the most interesting of its kind in Poland, Central Station was built in the years 1894-1900 in the style reminiscent of the "Gdansk Renaissance". The designers of the facility to Alexander Rundel, Paul and George Thomer Cuny. Building and tower train is built of red brick and richly decorated with sandstone Wartkowice. Figure 50 foot tower, performing the functions of the original water tower before the electric rail, completed a magnificent helmet clearly harmonization of the Old Town Hall tower. At a height of 26 meters Dials are placed dials with diameters greater than three meters.
